La ecuatoriana Karen Flores presion\u00f3 alto y rob\u00f3 la esf\u00e9rica, asistiendo a Garc\u00eda para abrir el marcador. Con la ventaja m\u00ednima, las Rojinegras continuaron dominando el juego, manteniendo una excelente posesi\u00f3n de bal\u00f3n y generando oportunidades de peligro sobre el arco defendido por Gabriela Machuca. Paola Garc\u00eda volvi\u00f3 a hacerse presente en el marcador al anotar su segundo tanto de la tarde al minuto 48 del juego. La delantera Rojinegra defini\u00f3 de palomita tras un preciso centro de Maritza Maldonado, enviando el bal\u00f3n al fondo de la red.
